Tutorial – Visibility Analysis – 01 – Isovist (with Rhino / Grasshopper)

For the tutorial, you need the Grasshopper-Plugin “Decoding Spaces Toolbox”. On the official webpage, however, not the latest version is available. So, please download the file here: https://toolbox.decodingspaces.net/download-decodingspaces-toolbox/

Before you unzip the file, please “unblock” the zip-archive:

If you don’t do this, the toolbox will not work!

Finally, just copy the folder to the Grasshopper Components Folder. This folder you find for example here:

Restart Rhino & Grasshopper, then the components shall be visible in your Grasshopper Ribbon.
