Task #1
Other than the need of the client and leading site features, most importantly science is the key for me like thermal comfort, speech intelligibility, noise annoyance, glare, view, privacy and security. From these parameters, I will select the significant one accordingly. Thus, it is the case that good design is usually an integrated response to a whole series of issues. Therefore, the ability to integrate and combine is the key. A piece of good design is rather like a hologram; the whole picture is in each fragment. It is often not possible to say which bit of the solution solves which bit of the problem.
