My building chosen derives from my background of working in the field of mobility – it is an automated multiparking carpark. The function of the building is obvious: to host cars while their owners are abstinent and to guarantee for an automated parking process. Further requirements are fullfilled such as cost/time/space-efficiency from whose both owner/operator of the cargarage profit as well as the car-owners. The general need to host such carparks first showed up in cities, where the lack of space asked for a new room-efficient approach.
