DECODING SPACES ERROR

Hi everyone,

I am trying to take PARAMETRIC URBAN DESIGN & ANALYSIS :: PUDA OPEN tutorial from here, but I cannot access the required plug-ins for the course. I downloaded all versions of decoding spaces site, ( https://toolbox.decodingspaces.net/ )  but the toolbar does not download completely. I have been trying to reach you for the last few days but I cannot get back. I have enclosed the error in Rhino. The supplied code files contain white undefined boxes because the plug-ins are missing. Can you please help me? I think anyone in the forum could solve my problem too.
