File type not supported error

Hello,

I am trying to add mosquito, human and other components to Rhino but whenever I try to open these .gha files with Rhino I get this error: “File type not supported by Rhinoceros”. I updated the application but still having this problem. Because I can not open these components, I can not also import the street map 🙁 Is this a situation related with my computer or anyone else having the same problem as me?

Have you unblocked the plugins after you downloaded them? Ideally, at the zip file, right-mouse-click, properties -> ensure that there is no option to “unblock” the file. After unblocking it you can unzip it. Maybe this helps…
