So I decided to add the Iceberg by CEBRA architects for the task regarding the form of a building in relation to the function. In this case CEBRA decided to create the ceilings to allow the maximum use of the plot with the max amount of daylight and view to the bay. This in turn gave the expressive and functional form that the housing has.
